What you are buying
A Microsoft Excel workbook, delivered as a download. Each purchase is licensed for one homeowners or condominium association. Board members, owners and managers of that association may use and copy it for the association's own planning. You may not resell or redistribute it.
Not professional advice
Reserve Study Kit is a planning tool. It is not a professional reserve study and it is not legal, financial, accounting or engineering advice. Its results depend entirely on the figures you enter. The example figures and typical useful lives in the workbook are illustrations, not estimates for your property.
Reserve study requirements vary by state and by governing documents. Some require a qualified professional or an on-site inspection. You are responsible for confirming what applies to your association.
The workbook is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
Refunds
If the workbook isn't right for your association, email hello@reservestudykit.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you.
Privacy
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
Payments are handled by PayPal. We receive your name, email address and order details from PayPal and use them only to deliver your purchase, answer questions and handle refunds. We do not sell or share them.
